How to apply to our Fellows Program
1. Book a 60-min Career Consultation!
Our fellowship program is basically our CHECKPOINT for Job Seekers program but will be sponsored by our company in exchange for quality services and outputs. To see if being a fellow is the best option for you to learn from us, proceed with booking a career consultation HERE>>
2. Undergo our application!
As soon as you're done with your career consultation, you can give it more thought before deciding on your next step. If a fellowship is really what you want, proceed with undergoing our application process which will be emailed to you after your consultation. Expect the entire process to run for around 2 weeks.
3. Patiently wait for a final decision!
Now that you've fulfilled all the requirements for our application, please patiently wait for our final decision for your application. You should receive an email with comments on how you performed during the application process as well as next steps based on the decision.
4. Prepare for onboarding!
You’ll receive all the onboarding materials you need for the fellowship program. Make sure to remember your schedule and come in with the attitude that will help you perform in the program best!

One-on-one
Coaching Sessions
You will be assigned to a professional career coach who will give you special and dedicated support on your challenges. S/he will be giving you homeworks and activities as well as helping you create the path you want successfully.

Fellowship Culminating Project
At the end of your fellowship program, you are expected to present your plans or outputs for your culminating project. At the beginning of the program, your assigned manager will support you in deciding on the goals for the said project so that it can align with the needs of our business.

Career Development Tool Kit
We will be providing you with a kit that includes digital and physical products to support your career journey.

Interactive Workshops for learning professional critical thinking, communication, and people skills
While the objective is to teach you how to gain skills in the job hunt, we will strategically teach you these job hunting skills that can be transferred into any job.

ART DIRECTOR
- Has the eyes and ears for great taste in design applicable to any forms of media and medium.
- Has a background and/or interest in advertising, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Commands a collaborative spirit with the creatives and marketing department.
- Must know how to use Adobe Suite, specifically (but not limited to) Photoshop and Illustrator.
- At least a senior high school student.
- No formal work experience is required.
- Application must include portfolio and resume.
COPYWRITER
- Has an active listening trait that listens to the audience.
- Works with the marketing and creative department to create captions, articles for company’s social media platforms, websites, and PR materials.
- Must be comfortable in writing English and Taglish, and can command a voice that is professional, but fun and approachable.
- Bonus points if you’re punny.
- At least a senior high school student.
- No formal work experience is required.
COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
- Assists the team in coordinating and collaborating with external parties (student orgs, companies, NGOs, suppliers, etc.) for projects, pitches, and events.
- Works with the COO in reviewing proposals and negotiating terms with the parties.
- Coordinates with the internal team in processing partnership documents and fulfilling obligations.
- At least a senior high school student.
- No formal work experience is required.
STRATEGIC SALES
- Helps develop a unique strategy to speed up sales acquisition.
- Researches on techniques for sales marketing.
- Assists in administrative requirements for sales acquisition.
- Has a background or interest in sales rallying in effective ways.
- You know this is you when you know the answer to “sell me this ballpen”.
- At least a senior high school student.
- No formal work experience is required.
