ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The METATRIBE Employment Program offers an opportunity to join our internal team and directly contribute to our corporate vision. It is essentially our CHECKPOINT Holistic Career and Life Coaching Program, but with added accountability—inviting you to take your inner work more seriously as part of meeting key performance indicators and employment expectations. Here, the design of your employment will compel you to choose yourself first as the foundation for experiencing financial abundance, challenging the default culture, belief, and practice that prioritizing a company’s financial returns in exchange for a high salary, security of tenure, and economic stability must be prioritized before your life purpose, self-mastery, and personal development, which are often treated as secondary. The program offers a generous compensation package as a reflection of our trust in your ability to create prosperity for yourself and your community, along with the opportunity to become one of our in-house WAYFINDING Consultants, guiding prospective members who are still exploring their own unique paths.

Our organizational system was intentionally and meticulously designed using the teachings in Coach Danica's book Mastering Your CHECKPOINT. It serves as a spiritual engine that encourages members to prioritize working on themselves above everything else—trusting that this is the true foundation for contributing with real purpose and impact. As we always say, self-care is a public service—and running this model since 2023 has proven and validated that truth to us over and over again.
Our internal strategy brings together programs, values, competencies, and our vision and mission into a unified blueprint. This blueprint aligns the process of transforming self-mastery into a shared culture, a community of people pursuing growth together, and ultimately into a brand and story worth sharing. From there, financial abundance flows effortlessly where we no longer need to default to the common sales practice of chasing or convincing others just to see our value. Instead, it’s the magnetic energy of each individual, the community, and our collective story that speaks for itself—attracting the right people to our vision and mission, always in our favor.

We design your educational experience as if you were enrolled in a college degree program. Similarly, your promotion pathway within our company mirrors the natural progression from a master’s to a doctorate program—where each higher role opens doors to deeper learning, more advanced projects, and greater opportunities to expand both your social impact and self-mastery.
Just like in a university, you have the opportunity to choose your area of concentration (your department), your track (your specific role or job), your majors (your job description), and your electives (your ad hoc tasks from other departments that you want to explore). Together, these choices shape the "school" (or what we internally call as "clusters") that you belong to within our organization and define the path of your growth and contribution. SCHOOL OF VISIONARY LEADERSHIP
The School of Visionary Leadership cultivates individuals who operate from a higher self perspective, transforming ideas into meaningful impact. Visionaries are guided by intuitive intelligence, artistic inputs, and the ability to navigate energy flows to manifest abundance. They embrace a holistic understanding of systems, balancing inspiration with action, and prioritize mercy, oneness, and purpose over traditional metrics. This school develops leaders who not only envision the future but actively shape it, guiding others toward alignment, transformation, and collective success.
SCHOOL OF RISK MANAGEMENT
The School of Risk Management is the cornerstone of organizational stability, mindfulness, and discernment. This cluster emphasizes careful planning, conservative decision-making, and methodical evaluation, balancing energy, matter, and intellectual contributions to protect the organization from uncertainty. Guided by logical intelligence, structured inputs, and rigorous quality controls, risk managers ensures that processes, resources, and productivity are optimized while safeguarding against unnecessary challenges. With a focus on justified severity, strict discipline, and measurable outcomes, this school transforms complex data and scientific insights into actionable strategies that maintain resilience and sustainable growth.
SCHOOL OF OPERATIONS SYSTEMS
The School of Operations Systems is the operational engine of MG’s business organization, transforming vision and strategy into actionable processes and measurable results. Operators optimize the system through the macro-level Highest Expression Awareness Framework, known as the Revolutionary Governance Framework, with a focus on achieving the business’s Thriving Mode. Using this framework, they translate scientific and artistic inputs into coherent, high-impact outputs. Operators balance energy, matter, and time to ensure operational flows are efficient, productive, and sustainable. Guided by the risk managers’ willpower, logical intelligence, and pragmatic approach to risk, they turn ideas and plans into tangible outcomes, maintaining organizational stability while enabling growth and adaptation. Serving as the bridge between the visionaries’ strategic intent and the company’s need for practical execution, Operators make the system work. This is the school where our CEO and COO run the ship as its “deans”: the CEO acts as the architect, designing the blueprint for the culture and social systems of the community, while the COO functions as the engineer, creating systems and processes that optimize the CEO’s intentions.
