As part of the CATALYST Coach the Coaches Program, every coach is guided by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics — a living standard that calls us to embody integrity, responsibility, and respect in all that we do. This code safeguards the sacred space between coach and client, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and accountability. It is not just a set of rules, but a shared commitment: to honor the dignity of each person, to act with clarity and integrity, and to use coaching as a force for meaningful change.
By aligning with the ICF Coaching Code of Ethics, we affirm our role as catalysts — professionals dedicated to upholding the highest standards while bringing the vision of transformation into the wider world.

TUITION & PAYMENT PLANS
While the full tuition fee is shared only with invited and eligible applicants, the CATALYST Coach the Coaches Program—like the SPARK Your Vision Membership Program and the CHECKPOINT Program—charges an annual fee. It does not offer a quarterly payment plan or a flexible starter option, as enrollees are expected to honor their commitment and investment in their inner work and professional development. The program also requires a one-time tuition fee covering the core coach training courses. In addition, a refundable revolving fund is established to cover any out-of-pocket expenses for your 1-on-1 coaching relationship, such as out-of-town trips or spontaneous face-to-face meetings outside agreed locations. As a more advanced and immersive program, the tuition and annual fee for this program reflects the higher level of training, mentorship, and certification preparation provided, ensuring that participants receive the tools, guidance, and support necessary to become professional CHECKPOINT Coaches.
Admissions & Applications
Only CHECKPOINT graduates with "CHECKPOINT Practitioner" credentials may apply for the program, and only after receiving the official primer containing the full program details. Even then, eligibility to apply does not guarantee enrollment at the time of invitation.
However, continued growth and development within the SPARK Your Vision community can help members evolve into the version of themselves who is ready to finally be part of, not just the CHECKPOINT Program, but also the CATALYST Coach the Coaches Program.
