At Metamorphosis Group (MG), we believe that coaching isn’t about giving you answers—it’s about awakening the wisdom already within you. To do this, we use our GROWTH PLUS Model, an evolution of the classic GROW coaching framework.
The traditional GROW Model—Goal, Reality, Options, Will—is widely used in coaching because it provides a clear, structured path forward. But at MG, we saw the need to expand it. Growth isn’t linear. Transformation requires more than just setting goals and committing to action—it demands healing, purpose, and sustainability. That’s why we created the GROWTH PLUS.
Beyond transformation, this model also serves as a practical process for going from zero to one—from tinkering, experimenting, and figuring things out, to developing a subconscious, self-automating system that you can rely on. Over time, it becomes the engine for compounding growth, success, and wealth—not just once, but continuously.
Here’s how our version builds on and goes beyond the original:
G – Goal: Define where you want to go—your goals, dreams, or even manifestations.
R – Reality: Get honest about where you are now—your current challenges, resources, and mindset.
O – Options: Explore the possibilities and creative solutions to bridge the gap between here and there.

H – Heal: Address inner wounds and integrate lessons so growth comes from wholeness.
P – Purpose: Reconnect with your deeper “why” and align every action with your values.
L – Learn: Reflect on insights and turn every experience into wisdom.
U – Unleash: Express your authentic self unapologetically and bring your unique impact into the world.
S – Sustain: Maintain balance, energy, and practices that keep transformation alive.
The GROWTH PLUS Model keeps the clarity of GROW while adding the deeper dimensions required for true metamorphosis. It’s not just a framework—it’s a living cycle that adapts with you, challenges you, and carries you beyond achievement into authentic transformation.
